Just a couple of quick notes. Jordan Babineaux will start at safety and Milloy will be a backup.
Justin Griffith gets the start over Owen Schmitt...
Max Unger to start in place of Mansfield Wrotto...
Spencer and Walt Jones will not play. Vallos gets the nod at Center and Locklear is set to play LT for Walt, but we knew that already...
That's it besides the usual projected starters...I suppose we will see who the other starters on the D-line and other positions are going to be on game day.

I like Vallos anyway. He stepped up in a big way last year when Spencer went down. That was during the middle of the season too. Now he has had time to prepare as a starter.
I agree. I think him and Unger can bring new life to this line and dominate...
Of course Griffith gets the start over Schmidt. He is Knapp's boy...Owen had no chance...
Schmidt wasn't making his blocking assignments in preseason. Owen did just fine in Holmgrens system but he has trouble recognizing the gaps and associating that with his assignment.
I saw him miss several blocks and cut block when he was suppose to drive block or isolate left or right.
